Accessibility

What we have built for

This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that has meant building it with:

• Semantic HTML and correct landmark structure on every page.
• A skip link to main content, visible as soon as it takes focus.
• Full keyboard access, including the navigation menus and the FAQ accordions, with Escape closing the mobile menu and returning focus to the button that opened it.
• A visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Form labels and hints on every field, an error summary that takes focus when a submission fails, and errors written in text rather than signalled by colour alone.
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion, with equivalent static states — no content is hidden waiting for an animation.
• Page content that remains usable when text is resized or the page is zoomed.

What we have not done yet

This site has not been through an independent accessibility audit, and we are not going to claim conformance we have not verified. Automated checks catch a useful share of issues but not the ones that matter most, which is why the statement above describes what was built rather than a score.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — it is the fastest way for us to fix something real. Use our contact page and describe what you were trying to do. Telling us the page and what you were using to browse helps us reproduce it.

If something on this site is blocking you and your payroll is time sensitive, contact us directly and we will handle it with you another way.
