What this website collects

This site collects information in exactly one place: the quote request form. That form asks for your name, business name, work email, phone number, the size and pay frequency of your payroll, the states your employees work in, your current provider if you have one, your timing, which services interest you, and anything else you choose to tell us.

The form does not ask for Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account details, payroll registers or tax forms, and it actively rejects submissions that appear to contain them. Please do not send that information through this website.

How it is used

To respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who it is shared with

Your submission is transmitted to the system we use to receive and manage enquiries. The specific provider is set by deployment configuration rather than hard-coded, and the final vendor list is part of the outstanding review noted at the top of this page.

Analytics

This site is built to record which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed. It is built so that the details you type into a form cannot reach analytics: the events it sends carry only the page, the button and a category. Your name, email, phone number, comments and business details are structurally excluded from them.

This site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to count page views and those button presses. Google receives the address of the page you are on, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. A consent mechanism will be added where the applicable law requires it.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to tell one visit from a return visit. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on without affecting how the site works.

Retention

How long enquiry data is kept, and how it is deleted, is being finalised as part of our retention and deletion policy. It will be stated here specifically rather than described vaguely.
